lights on megastim

Hi first post first build I'll try to be complete. Ms2 v3.0 mega stem 2.2. Useing diy's 12 v power supply. The build went well it tested good at each step. When complete and ecu set on tuner studio all seemed well. All inputs worked. But wont light up on stim Next day started to play with it and set it up and nothing it would connect to tuner studio but no reaction to moving the pots. Looked it it played with it then it would work. . I've noticed that bank 2 lights up and some times 1. I jumped pin 21 and 22 and both lit up. It states board is fine. I've checked all solder joints and checked again on db37 db9. I've never seen ing on or fidle I've jumpered for IAC. Each time I walk away and come back its a problem.
I dont know what an msq is yet and have no data to log

To check for a short in the Megasquirt PCB, power up the Megasquirt on a Stimulator or on the car and check the following points for voltage with a multimeter.

You should find the same voltage as the battery voltage on the following points: S12, S12C, the center legs of Q9 and Q12, the left (non-banded) end of D3, the left leg of U5, and the left (banded) end of D9.

You should have 5 volts at the following points: S5, the two +5V holes in the proto area, the right (non-banded) end of D9, the right leg of U5, the left (banded) end of D19, and pins 1, 20, and 31 of the CPU.

Let me know where you find the correct voltages, and where you find the wrong ones.

left hand u5 has 11.36
left side of d9 has 11.37

s5 4.77 volts

d19 5.01
pins 1,20 and 31 all have 5.1

Well I hate to continue to show my stupidity. Was running 2.92 firmware changed to 3.3.3. Also while i was at it i noticed i was set on microsquit not ms2.
Now i have another problem not rpm synced. Had rpm stim before. No no rpm. If i flick the switch on the stim it will breifly work

I should of bought a assembled unit. Now the 3 lights on the ms2 are blinking. I think ive won the prize for bigest disaster on ms builds.

So I've smoked d19 and several others. Had good power on earlier tests. The list Mat gave me to check was good now not so good. going to electronic store with a list of diods to get.

With power off, check the resistance across L1 and L2.

I had to step away from the computer I probably won't be back till after you're gone after I check resistance depending on high or low what should be my next stepto

Does it mater witch side of l1 l2 to test from?

between l1 and l2 on both sides 0.03

Now i have a broken pin 20 to go with the 40.

By "Pin 1 0 volts 5," did you mean 1/2 a volt or 5 volts?

Pin 1 has 5 volts.

Ok, I had thought it was 0.5 volts. The power check is fine. Other than needing to repair pin 20, are there any further issues?

I have 0 volts on right side of d19 and still no ingector lights on stim and lights on ms are blinking. Throttle Enrichmwnt light qnd warm up looks like a strobe. I use a led tester and on pins 21 and 22 solid light no mater how low i turn down rpm

Does the Megasquirt communicate with your computer?

Yes. It shows every thing. It show duty cycle and pulse for ingectors. Afr is being finicky but i can get it to wher its good. It shows iac movment it all looks good on tuner studio to me anyways. I just cant confirm output only light on stim is fuel pump and that seems good.

I tried a known good kim stim and same thing. What do i do next. Help
