Ms2 v3.0 no tach signal ford tfi

I finished assembly on the board and everything checked out on the megastim. I wired it into the car and I could not get a tach signal or the car to spark, it's a 94 mustang (ford tfi). I used a 5 volt pull up instead of a 12 volt pull up before wiring it into the car so I thought this maybe the issue. I took the box back apart and switched it to the s12 hole with a 1k resistor. I'm no longer getting a tach signal on tuner studio like I was before. All the stim lights flash when it gets power, and the iat, clt, tps are all responsive in tuner studio, just no tach signal. I've checked for solder bridges, fixed iffy looking solder joints, and cleaned the board with acetone. I'm wondering if something got damaged because of me using the 5v pull up with a 330 ohm resistor trying to start the car. I'm lost as what to do next.
