Ok I feel real stupid now but I want to post what I found so it may help someone else. Not sure why no one helped anymore but I did a lot of reading and research and realized I needed to use the pull up on the JimStim for the tach to work. I don't know what is meant by pull up but it seams to work now. I don't mind that I bought a second Daughter card because I will build another MS2 I just won't need to buy that part again.
