Does C14 need to be polarized?

Hello!

I have a quick question.

Does the capacitor at C14 on the V3.0 board need to be a polarized capacitor? Can i fit a non-polarized capacitor instead of it?

No, but it needs a low ESR (equivalent series resistance).
