ms3x injector a/b wont work test mode

Hi all i am new to the forum and Megasquirt can anyone help i have installed my ms3x in my 1996 Subaru legacy GTB wagon jdm spec.
I have completely wired the engine separate to the car so no old factory wiring has been used.
what has been happening is i have been going through test mode settings in the setup manual but injector a/b wont click.
I am using the x card for sequential fuel output and injector a/b wont click but c/d click fine.
I have put multi meter on the plugs and they are all getting 12v.
i have good grounds to Megasquirt like it shows in the manual.
what should be my next step be and would it be a problem with the 3x card itself can i test that cheers for your time everyone i am excited to get involved in the community.

P.S i will be doing a wright up in my install with pictures for you all once complete

Hi everyone took data log and tried to run test mode to fire the injectors still injector a/b wont click but c/d do im a little confused any advice would be grate cheers for your time

Another update I'm reading 9.4v on multi meter on pin 19 and pin 16 with no test mode so key on engine off and nothing changes if i try to use test mode to activate those pins to go to ground I'm guessing that is a board issue can i test that. cheers everyone

Hay everyone update have found the problem the injector driver is shorting out as it has 9.44v with the power off to the Megasquirt
