help identifying ms2 3.0 hardware

Hello, I am new to megasquirt and I recently purchased a used ms2 3.0 for my turbo neon. I was told that it was setup for a neon/420a. And that it has launch control. Please take look at these pics and let me know if it is in fact is setup for neon/420a and has launch control. As well as any other features. Thanks for any and all help.

Yes, this does appear to have mods for the Neon ignition and launch control.
