help with used MS/Extra V3.0

I am Bill Biggs from Temple, Tx. I have a MS1/Extra that I plan to use on a 1999 Ford 4.6 DOHC with COPs in a 1953 Studebaker pickup.
There have been changes to the board and I need to ask what I need to change or change back to original.
Here is a list of the changes I can identify:

Front of board
R38 has been removed and a jumper installed across the outer pins.

R37 has been removed and jumpered and replaced with a bip373 with leg 3 soldered to the jumper, leg one jumpered to the top of R26 with a 330 ohm resistor inline, leg 2 jumpered to SPR4


R57 not installed

D1 and D2 are removed

C12 and C30 are removed

Back of board

SP4 jjumpered to a pin on .db37

IGBT in jumped to top of R29 W/330 ohm resistor inline

R13 jumped to R12

TACHSELECT to bottom of C30 which is removed

I plan to add a DB 15 for my coil outputs[
