Left out parts im not sure about
Ok putting an ms2 v3.0 together using the extra manual, setting it up for a 91 TPI 350. I used the manual to the testing point the used the "ms tpi how to" on DIYAutoTune for the specifics. I have just 4 empty holes on the board I dident see covered past the "set them aside" point. Just wanted to list them here and see if I need to do anything with them. R39, d8, q4, q20. Thanks
Re: Left out parts im not sure about
They are all in the standard FIDL solenoid drive circuit. Usual reason to leave them out is fitting a high current driver, or using a stepper motor.

R19 would also be superfluous as well.
However, you could install this circuit and use it as a generic output to drive something like a cooling fan relay, or shift light, etc.
