serial port not working

So I have a diypnp v1.5b with the ford 60 pin adapter board I got the filmware put on and now I cannot get connected again to the board I have narrowed it down to the port on the board but do not know what to do.

Please post a screen shot of what happens when you try the Port Check program.

Try repeating the Port Check with the boot jumper on - do the results change?
