injector wiring

Hi, I have MS2 v3 with JBPerf 4 channel board running sequential on vw 4 cyl. 36-2 crank trigger and CPS, everything is fine, I'm very happy with it.

now, I want to temporarily use this setup on different engine - 4 cyl. 60-2 without CPS

is it possible to use all 4 injector drivers with 4 squirt alternating ? how do I tell MS which injector channels to fire in common ?

Channels 1 and 3 will fire together and channels 2 and 4 together.
