4.22 volts at pin 2o testing

at the testing stage of my ms3 one problem With +on pin 20 and - on pin 32 i end up with 4.22 volts with positive on pin 20 and negitive on pin 2 5.0 solid and negitive on pin2 i get 5.0 volts so my question is the pin 32 to pin 20 reading a problem? this is done with a stim also checked t sel and have zero reading. only off reading is -32 to +pin 20 4.22 volts thanks for looking and any help

Do you measure any resistance beween pin 32 and 2? If so maybe check to see if it is in the socket stack?

no measured resistence between pin 32 and pin 2 checked ok i did notice my stim only measures 10.22 volts on 12 volt pin of the stim
