Vane Hall Effect Phassing
I am checking the phasing on my modified Bosch Hall effect dizzy. The manual does a fine job of describing the process for a recluctor based pickup, but make no mention of a vane type sensor. The question is: is the trigger angle determined by the center of the window or the trailing edge of the vane? Signal goes high in a window.
Re: Vane Hall Effect Phassing
Is this MS1, MS2, or MS3?
I'm not sure about MS1 but on MS2 & 3, it's either the beginning or end of the window depending on the hardware configuration and trigger input polarity selection under ignition options.

Thanks! The edge was my guess, but wanted confirmation.
