3.57 D16 --> SPR3 ?

How do I connect D16 to SPR3 on a 3.57 board?

Ultimately, I'm just trying to get the Bypass wired up for a GM DIS. I could wire the bypass wire direct to TPS VREF instead, but if it's easy enough to get D16 to SPR3, I'd just do that.

This is covered in the Hardware manual. The GMDIS section refers to section 6.4 for internal customisation.
