Problem conecting with shadow dash tablet with multiple ms

Hi

I was wondering if it is possible to have different project in shadow dash just like in tunerstudio and be able to switch to that project before shadow dash tries to connect to the ecu.

I am having problems when I try to connect my cel phone or tablet in the multiples car that I have with ms2/3 and different firmwares from friends car that want to see how would it look in their cars.

Shadow dash gets angry to say the least with the constant switch and sometime it takes to long before it tries to reconfigure himself to the new set up. I think that If i can have different project that would help in the switching between cars.

What sort of angry?
It maintains separate projects for MS2 and MS3. If you connect to an MS3 with different firmware, it should simply update the ini file. I do this all the time.
The only troubles I have seen is:
- If you have an odd firmware where the ini is not available in the install or on the server
- if you have custom dashboards then connect to significantly newer or older firmware version.

What side effect are you seeing?

It could be set up for you to specify a project, but before prescribing a solution I prefer to know what the problem is.

The problem is that it is not switching from ecu to ecu it keeps in a loop of connecting and disconecting for a while then it gives up. I manually start conection again and it give me an error if I remember correctly it said something about unrecognized definitions. I notice that its like its trying to connect to a ms3 when I switch to ms2 etc.

If i uninstall the program and install it again it makes the new set up and work with out issue.

Ah.. I think there is an issue in the last release where when you switch ECU's if you don't completely close the app, it does not reload the right project like it used to.

If you exit bring up the recent apps, then swipe it off so it is fully closed it will load the right project.
I will get a fix out for that issue.

any progress? I rarely check for updates in the tablet that I am running this so I am not sure.
