Can Shadowdash be run on this unit?

the topic popped up on a different board - the Ebay Double DIN headunits with Android

Would this unit from the specs be able to run Shadowdash?

Hard to say for sure, but it looks like it should.
It has Bluetooth, WiFi and USB.

I know a few people who have been running it on double DIN Android stereos and that says it is Pure Android.
