Hi,
does it possible that I get speed displayed in MPH all the times? I tried to change to KPH in references, but no change. It is in 1.32

it is vehicle speed for example vss1. I am using MS3 1.3.2.and SD 1.32.

It is possible.
I'll have to look at this, I thought it was already addressed. But for that firmware the scaling was changed to be managed based on a settings in your msq. But it is a PCVariable, so it is not on your controller. SD would need to change it itself. That logic may have gotten lost.
If you copy your CurrentTune.msq from your PC over to the SD MS3 folder, it should then load the needed values from the CurrentTune.msq
