4g63 510cc injector setting

hello ... I'm looking for injector setting or dead time for my car.
now running 510cc low impedance injector at my lancer 4g93T. MS2 V3.0. without resistor pack.
boost at 21 PSI. ron95.
the problem is, i can't get engine idle at afr 13-14.7:1
when afr 10:1 the idle perfect.
did i miss something for injector setting? :RTFM: :RTFM: :RTFM:

So the idle is poor at the higher AFR and much smoother when the AFR is showing 10? I assume you've tuned the PWM settings? Best to post up your current tune and a datalog file of the behavior.

First, make sure that you AFR is correctly displayed.
These injectors should be run at 07-08ms opening time.

My Mitsu 4G93T and my 4G63T had problems with stable idle when AFR was over 13.5
Those engines are very sensitive to injection staging, and they idle much better with semi-sequential and they work BEST with fully-sequential setup.
With full-seq you can run them over 16AFR on idle.
When in doubt, flat out...

Now try to add 4 channel injector/ignition driver board from racing_mini to run for fully sequential.
i will update soon.

Who is the injector manufacturer? They will have the specs on the injectors.

I have a list of nearely all injectors if you can post the brand.

Injector specs are good to have but your issue is probably something different.

Do you still have the tunerstudio settings for the the injector voltage correction chart and injector close angle chart for the DSM 510cc injectors?
