mapdot Accelenrich "map only" Ms2 extra 3.0.3t alpha code

Hello

The reason i post here is i´m not sure i got the mapdot accel enrich right.

I´m running the MS2 Extra 3.0.3t alpha code from diy´s homepage on a stock BMW m20 engine with about 10 psi of boost.

And i know i´m using alpha code firmware , will update it at some point.

I attached a MSQ but i don´t have a datalog hence my laptop is out of power in 2 minutes..

It seems to run allright on this tune , i´m just not sure about the accel enrich. But feel free to comment on the tune
Should add i´m running without a TPS sensor though.

I´ve read that part of the manual several times but i think that it is pretty hard to understand :S

May i ask why it´s all that important ?

Because there's no support for old alpha codes.

Hi, Per. Glad you made it over from MSefi. Like I said over there, the first thing you'd be told is to update your firmware. There has been a tremendous amount of work done on things like MAPDot, and the developers simply don't have time to dig back into a 2- or 3-year-old alpha and figure out what's going on - if they even still have the notes!

Alpha codes are generally experimental in nature, featuring a new take on some feature (or an entirely new feature) on a 'best effort', 'try it and see' basis. An alpha really isn't supported; any problems reported are used to tweak the next alpha release. It's not uncommon for existing, established features to get 'broken' by some other code mod in an alpha. I'm actually quite surprised that this sort of code is / was available on a vendor's site.

Export your tables, jot down your various settings - then update to 3.2.1!

Ooh i see.. just found the description about alpha and beta firmware in the manual.. and well i´m in way over my head it seems. Thanks for clearing that up
