Having trouble running.

Not sure what section this should be posted in but here it is.

I had ms1 using hires10, and it ran great.

Upgraded to ms2 because I wanted to use the boost controler function
So I have to start from scratch again BUT just copying settings from ms1 it's still not running right.

No clue where to start.

It runs, but it runs very very rough, like it's missing some cyl.
In the .ZIP is a datalog on my MS2 that doesn't want to run right.
and MS1 vs MS2 .msq. Firmware 3.2.1

If anyone wants to check them out that would be awesome!

set for 4 cylinders?
I didn't have the ini file for that firmware so you might check in your tunerstudio

Ignition or injectors? or some other weird ms2 setting?

Using msd cdi/coil for fixed 50% duty
and 42lb injectors.

I just popped the ms1 back in but trying to run the ms2 it
felt like it could have been a top fuel dragster it was really shaking my car bad.
Like it was trying to rotate backwards.

Yeah.

Guess there's a difference in how ms2 is wired vs ms1.
Must be the wiring.

I was told it should be the same plug and play.

Just to close this I had spark a output set to js10 instead of d14.
Runs good now.
