If the car starts it wants to run for a few seconds then go all the way lean. Then it goes back to 11.5 afr stays steady for a second then all the way lean. What i dont understand is why i have to set the ms for the injectors to like 5 for it to even hit. there low impedance.

It looks like RPM is lost. There are only a few pulses in that log.

Can anyone shine some light on either situation?
Another thing to note:
Dead time voltage % - "factory" settings.
Dwell Batt Adjustment- "factory settings"
Im waiting on the camera batt. To charge and then im going to get another CSV and make a video. Will be posting soon

I posted all the information. I actually got it to run. surprising. I adjusted the VE table. I still cant run the car with the injector MS say at 0.6. All these were done at 7.0. i dont want to burn the injectors up. I OHM them out and there still good.

What don't you like about it?
injectors are 450cc Low impedance. There less than 3 ohm. the MS value should be around 0.6 correct?
"Typical mainboard settings
High impedance injectors - dead time = 0.8-1.0 ms
Low impedance injectors with resistors - dead time = 0.8-0.9 ms
Low impedance injectors with external peak/hold - dead time = 0.6-0.8 ms "
Let me give it a try this time, Peter... What "5.0 to 9.0" are you talking about, the req_fuel? That is certainly not the dead time, which you have at .752 (and is right in the .6 to .8 range you refer to).

Im Talking about "bank 1 dead time@ 13.v(ms)". Were are you seeing .752??

fix your ve table load cells you are pretty much 35-95 kpa linear then go to 35 then 0 above 95 kpa THIS IS BAD. is there any reason why your afr table is set to 11 at idle? put that back to around 13.5-14.5 and adjust your ve table instead.
LEAVE DEAD TIME AT OR AROUND .750 if you are haveng problems getting fuel out of your injectors raise your pwm current limiting % to 40 then 45 no more than 60.
