Microsquirt V3, no cranking pulse or running pulse

I have a microsquirt V3 with no cranking or running pulses. Plugged in an earlier Microsquirt off another bike and it fired right up. It seems that the New V3 is not getting the signal from the negative side of the coil to trigger the injectors. I believe I have all the settings correct but still no go. I have the trigger set at zero and dual spark set to off but still no crank or run. But like I said, plugged in an early microsquirt and it fired right up. Dazed and confused.
