Programmable output in MS2Extra?

I'm working on getting the supercharger in my datto going the way I want, and I have not ignored the dual control boost bypass valve, since this is from a GTP/Park Ultra/SSEI. The donor cars have a vacuum valve that holds the boost bypass closed when the car is under acceleration. Only when the car is in decel, throttle closed, at idle, or at cruise, is the bypass valve open.

Does MS2Extra have anything that will allow a table-tuned controllable output? Like an 8x8 table that can be setup for something like an Alpha-N table, using TPS and RPM, to control an on/off output?
