Constant Barometric Correction Settings

Post by T3Bunny »

I am not finding a section in the MS3 manual information, and the MS2 section is greatly lacking.

The first part is self explanatory. The sensor mods and then telling the ECU what and where they are. Done. The rest isn't so clear.

It "seems" under General Settings I need to set Primary Fuel Load to % Barro? Then under the Constant Baro table I make the adjustments... Is there any guidelines (beyond adding more than 20% likely indicates an issue) that I should go by here? Testing the actual functionality anytime soon will be difficult as I am in the flatlands now.... But hey, never know when I will roll through the Smokies next!

Constant Baro correction and %Baro Load are two different things. For Const Baro, under [Basic/Load Settings] [General settings] select "Barometric Correction" => "Two Independent Sensors"; under "Realtime baro port" select whichever location you're using.

That's it!

There's no such thing as "constant baro %"

Sorry James I mispoke/typed. I meant basic settings/fuel load/percent barro as I originally typed further up. I may have been looking in the wrong areas of the documentation since I was expecting to find it under constant barro....

:RTFM:

Okay well I find it referenced under MS3 basic setup, but no further information other than it is an option.

Take a look in section 2.12.1 of the Megasquirt-2 setting up manual.
