MS1 V3.0 Extra Code cutting out

Ok, I have had this problem to where when driving my 240z it cuts out, and all the leds shut off and then back on again on the MS1. I am running edis for spark. I have swapped in another ecu and the problem goes away, so I am thinking it isnt anything to do with the wiring, etc. Resistor spark plugs are installed. I have included a log. Can someone look at this that has more experience than me to see if they can see a problem?

I have tried reflashing the Eprom to the current 029y4a code.

Are you running high or low impedance injectors?

Ok, because there's a LOT of noise on the 12V supply. First, confirm that the MegaSquirt is connected to a solid ground on the engine block or cylinder head. If so and there is no corrosion on the ground, try putting a 0.1 uF capacitor in the boot jumper header.
