Hello,
I wonder why the default IAT correction curve is not a straight line.
Since air density is proportional to temperature it should be imho.
Can anyone explain that to me ?

I ended up making mine almost a strait line. Anything off of it was a massive deviation in fueling for me.

The fact that a fairly straight line corrects an engine suffering from heat soak (as mine does also) actually proves a straight line is not correct for an ideal situation where IAT is always reading the true temperature of the air being ingested.
