Just my self made AFR table, plz some feedback

Post by elior77 »

Just got my first "from scratch" AFR table, I would appreciate some feedback before I try to tune by it.

It is a 97 NA Miata with 460cc injectors, DIYPNP ecu and a small TD04 turbo.

Thanks!

btw, when I try to ul the table, I get:

I personaly prefer to have a AFR map with sharper edges and i don't run that lean in part throttle medium rpm.
Depending on your turbo size i would also prefer 13:1 at 100kPa almost across the whole rev range.
Try to request a stable AFR where you need it most = in idle...
Changing AFR in idle can cause osscillations.

But as i saied, this is just an oppinion...
besides that, i think it looks good.

The easiest solution is to post your complete msq........

The lean area is cruise, I can do 16:1 with no issues, the TPS is 5%-10% only.
My turbo is TD04-13C on of the smallest TD04 (or the smallest) 13:1 across ?
My idle is great @ 13.5:1 with less then 30kpa very stable CL idle + idle advanced table.

Thank you for your feedback :)
