can I make changes on these pages while running?

I am sorry for this question,, just want to make sure I can make changes and burn on these opened tables while the engine is running.
Basic setup >table ARF Table 1
and
Basic setup > Spark Advance Table 1

just want to make sure,, getting ready to tune and don't want to make any BIG mistakes.. I have read and read till I'm blue in the face..
I think the only place not to burn with the engine running is
Tool > Calibrate Thermistor tables
Tools > Calibrate AFR tables
Again sorry for the dumb question!!

You can tune those tables on the fly without burning as they are in RAM memory. A burn will save the table values to Flash memory and will often cause a slight stumble on MS2 so you do your adjusting without burning and then when the engine is unloaded and idling burn the changes to Flash to make permanent.
