So far we've gone 7.8s...changed some things and are looking for 7.5s this weekend as Street Import Nationals. Any other megasquirt guys gonna be at the event in Orlando?

Nice work! If it is like any of the projects i have been involved with I am sure this was a ton of work and probably at some point (in the middle of the night with busted knuckles and things not going right) wondered why you even bother to mess with it, but the results make it all worth it in the end!

I have a conflict but will try and be there Sunday. I don't run (no longer run) a 2JZ but still my favorite engine for racing.

It actually was at Orlando. Hit the wall at 180mph.

Pass before that he went 7.7 @ 184 still having to pedal the car. The pictures looked pretty bad, but once the damage was cut off the chassis is exactly savable and the engine/trans/etc are all OK. They'll be back out with this car soon.
