Sequential with 2 stroke phase degrees

Post by ol boy »

I have a nice twin 2 stroke on the bench and in order to get both cylinders the same mixture I have to play with the "sequenced batch fire" angle. The engine currently has only a single flying magnet which is set at 90* BTDC. I can add 2 more magnets to set this up as a 4-1 crank trigger. My question is on the phase angle when running in sequential mode. 2 strokes don't have -360 to 0. What will the code do when I put in values in the table? Will zero = TDC and 180 = BDC?

Thanks Ryan

P.S.
Would be nice if the "sequenced batch fire" angle could be attached to a 6 point table based on RPM.
