11k Max RPM megasquirt can support?

Tunerstudio will not let me enter a number greater that 11,000 for the rev limiter, is that the max rpm it can run?

Check what you've set the max RPM to under Gauge and Setting Limits.

goto basic settings>gauge and settings limit and change it to desired
