Flex fuel multiplier when using Lambda

Post by PeteJ »

I've got my engine running on a dyno and the Lambda readings are not corresponding to my AFR targets. I have the follwing set:

In General Settings
  • Oxygen Sensor display = Wideband - Lambda
    Running Speed Density
    Incorporate AFRTarget + Include AFRTarget
    Stochiometric AFR = 14.7
For Flex Fuel Sensor
  • Flex fuel sensor enabled (Using GM sensor)
    Sensor Frequency 150hz
    Ethanol Mix 100%
    Flex Fuel Multiplier = 163%
It seems to be running significantly richer than I'm telling it to in the "Lamda Table 1". If running Lambda should you not use the Flex fuel correction settings? ANy help would be appreciated. I want to get this sorted out while running naturally aspirated on the dyno before I hook up the turbo.

Anybody seeing this behavior and/or thoughts as to why the system would not be following the AFR target?

Files attached. Thanks for the "subtle" reminder Matt....my bad for forgetting them in the original post. I also attached the dyno nummbers. With the cam in the engine it should pull to 7000+.
