High idle

I have idle control setup with GM 4 wire. It works great, mostly. Sometimes, when I start up, it idles up to near 1800rpm and stays there. The idle stepper position shows about 110 when this is happening, not the 0-23 it should depending on engine temp. I can blip the throttle a bunch and eventually it starts working or i can load the engine by shifting into reverse and park a bunch. I can go to test mode when it seems stuck and i can make it move. I assume I've missed some setting or set something up wrong. Here's my

So... No issue yesterday or this morning. As the system is still rather fresh I have been making lots of adjustments to almost every setting. I'm guessing that I fixed this without knowing it. If it happens again I will be sure to activate the logger.
