Scratch my last remark on the coil grounds, they're run properly.
I added a ground strap to the alternator body in an attempt to get the voltage up.
I just generated a trigger log, it's attached.

last trigger log shows nothing.
Always doing things the hard way, MS2 sequential w/ v1.01 mainboard, LS2 coils. 80 mile/day commuter status.

The Ignition log looks like this on my machine, broken:

i saw the log, but a trigger log is of little use a tooth or composite will be more useful
1990 bmw 320i daily driver with m20b25 ms3 sequential fuel, 380cc injectors, d585 coil near plug, home made cam sync, launch control, fan control, vss, homebrew egt logging what's next????

Well, I went out to generate some logfiles and couldn't get it to idle. (Don't have cold enrich tuned yet). I took it for a drive to warm it up, and the issue was completely gone! It was probably just fouled plugs all along...it was running much better. I autotuned it for about 90 minutes and couldn't reproduce the problem.
I still have the wastegate wired open, but I worked my way up to 8psi today while tuning, hah.
I'm still going to switch to the truck coils, but maybe wait till over the winter if the LS1 coils continue to perform.

Tuning anything but idle in the driveway will drive you nuts, and even idle can be a bear until you get in the ballpark.
