There could an ignition or fuel thing go wrong.
How is the igntion set up ?
Check settings, engine size 456789...... ?
MAP port off ?
MAF average 456789....... ?
Those are the ones I did see, read the start up manual and make the right settings.
The ignition is a wasted spark set-up, with a sagem coilpack.
I do not understand where are you seeing the engine size 456789... I have it set to 1790cc wich is correct for my engine... I also do not see where is the map port turned off, if it were off I would not be getting any readings but I am.
Same thing with the maf... I do not have a maf installed so it should be off....
Thats what i did see.
But this could be mismatch between the firmware, yours was 3.2.5. mine is 3.3.2
See atached printscreens.

Ok that is definitely a firmware mismatch the settings are fine.
Ok here are some clean logs of a few runs.
This one is with the ignition capture Rising edge and Filters ON (Tach period rejection ON, time 0.3 ms, percentage 20% )... the engine ran worse this way barely reving to 2K and stumbling.
you need rising edge. have you got a rising edge log with no filters on, but my guess is that you need to adjust the vr pots
1990 bmw 320i daily driver with m20b25 ms3 sequential fuel, 380cc injectors, d585 coil near plug, home made cam sync, launch control, fan control, vss, homebrew egt logging what's next????
start with both counter clockwise, remove any resistors on the vr wires and turn the filtering off, i posted an image of 60-2 if you notice compared to yours the first tooth after the long one is weird on your logs thsts what you want to try and get rid off.

OK tried it again with rising edge and no filters, If ran smooth but did not get over 2.5K, and there is one more thing I did not mention because I thought it had more to do with accel enrichment than the sync issue, but when I stad the throttle it stumbles and wants to die.
I played with the pots but to no avail , it*s really starting to get me down...
OK problem solved , I used a 13K resistor inline with the VR and now no more rev limit. I guess before it didn't work because I was on falling edge.
I appreciate everyones help , this is a great forum!
