What are the definitions/difference between EAE1 and EAE load in Megaviewer? Are these defined in documentation somewhere?

Do you mean the datalog fields you can pick in Megalogviewer?
See the TunerStudio Reference manual for you ECU and the Datalogging fields section. This lists all of the datalog fields and what they mean.
