I have a two stage throttle body with different size venturis with a mechanical secondary. Do I have to consider the programming of the Megasquirt to allow for the change in flow from one venturi to that of two? The secondary throttle has an adjustable closing speed but the rate at which the secondary opens is fixed. I am hoping the primary throttle will give more drivability at slow speed and off boost. I am hoping MAP and EGO will make the necessary changes as the throttle body works.

Is this port injection, or TBI? If TBI, is there an injector above each throttle blade; same size injector over different size throttles?
