baseline ign. timing without knock on SBC

I'm going to give it a try to set up my ignition tables. I was going to set them to a timing number where I'm sure there is no knock and based on that determine the knock threshold.

Does anyone here know a good baseline for a SBC with 10.63/1 compression ratio and 147/149° at .050 cam ?
