External wastegate ? Please tell us how you connected the wastegate, using top and bottom ports on the wastegate ? where you connecting them too ?

Dump valve ? how connected, where, and where you sourcing the vacume/pressure signals from ?

it's a turbosmart hipergate 45 with the top port to atmosphere and the bottom port go's to the turbo for bp .
Dump valve is connected to its own source port on the manifold just like the boost gauge and map sensor.
I tested the blow off valve and it works and seals .

All souns in order ....
At a loss why it does not even start making boost.
Obvious problems would be massive boost leak, that you tested.
Wasgate opening freely or not even closing at all.
Dump valve not holding boost.

Seems all these were checked.

Even with a tune that is off, and with no boost leaks, working Wasgate and dumpvalve, start making boost, no problem.

Don't believe this is a engine management issue, something mechanical must be at fault.

Yea iam kinda at a stand point. I might send the turbo to precision and see what they say

Took the turbo off and it looks good not much shaft pay it's not making contact with the sides and spins freely
I am lost

Could excessive back pressure cause a situation in which the turbo would not produce any boost?

Potentially. Is there a catalytic converter on the car? Maybe try leaving the down pipe unhooked and see what happens
