iam having trouble with building boost nothing over 0 psi will ever show

Post your msq as well. With key off, does the map gauge read 100kp?
Regardless you should build Wastegate pressure. You have done a boost leak test with soapy water and like 20psi test?

it does read 100kpa and my boost gauge reads no boost aswell the hole time.

Do you have a large turbo? That datalog you don't really do anything to produce boost. You have one area where your 100% tps but stop short around 3000 and the rest are just blips. You need some 3rd gear pulls from 2000 to redline
I also see your vvti with vvti turned off. I don't know how to tune vvti but I get the cams are full retard which will cause issues too

You also have one, sync loss reason 84. Which is a decoder specific error. Have you added any buffering to the vr sensors?

How is the Wastegate setup? If external is the valve seat installed?

it has a 6266 and no i do not have any buffers
i didn't want to mess with the vvti tell i got it working right. i will have to do some searching to get the proper vvti settings

My laptop is dead currently. Do you have a boost gauge in the car and is it working? Do you have a greater than 1 bar map sensor installed?

Echo Nathan's question above, and Where is your boost guage and map sensor connected? Not potentially downstream of a check valve that feeds a brake booster?

I have a 4 bar map sensor. And the boost gauge and map sensor get there signal off of the manifold on there own port. And yes I have a boost gauge that worked before the ecu and turbo upgrade and it shows the same info that the ecu is no boost at allnathaninwa wrote:My laptop is dead currently. Ok, need to ask again. You got vvti working? Did a boost leak test to like 20psi?
One more test, start a datalog and use some compressed air on the map sensor line and verify it will read boost. Might be a bum sensor. Could datalog while your boost leak testing
Imo, this is not a megasquirt issue since you should mechanically reach Wastegate pressure, unless the map is bad

I got the vvti working

The place that makes your turbo kit shows a graph which has your 6266 making boost from about 2500rpm and being @ 5psi ish 3000rpm. It shows a peak of 34psi about 5600rpm. Have you contacted them at all about this issue?

I emailed them Saturday of they don't get back to me mid Monday iam going to give them a call. I think the turbo is at fault
