Hello,
I have a 4.3 TBI with a MS2 board 3.0, firmware 3.4 with no spark.
Up until recently I was struggling with an older firmware version. Had a high idle. I upgraded to new firmware version 3.4 and it started a few times but the idle was between 250 and 500rpm. I went back the next day and I lost spark.
Some things I have tried. If I unplug the MS2 from the harness, squirt starter fluid in the throttle body, crank it, I have spark and it fires right up without a ecu.
If I unplug the the bypass wire it also has spark.
I have a consistent rpm input into ms2.
I tried to run the coil output test but after clicking on "enable test mode" the start test button does not light up.
I have tried the output in both the "going low" and "going high" settings with the same result: No spark
Attached is my MSQ and a datalog of the cranking.
Anyone have any suggestions?
