You need to apply filtering to the TPS or figure out where the noise is coming from. It will never drive correct with what you have right now.

Search in TS for "TPS averaging". Try about 20 in the Throttle Filter. The goal is the largest number you can use that yields a smooth TPS signal in MLV and you only get AE when you expect AE. 100 is the largest possible option. Default is 50 as I recall....
