Does it fire at all? Have you tested spark and injectors in "test mode"? Have you verified spark timing? Save me more questions...

it fires, timing is correct, it started now, do you know how to convert a/f to read 147., instead of that .0243?

It sounds like you don't have the O2 settings correct. Do you have a wideband O2 installed and is it connected to the MS?

Connect the analog output of the Innovate wideband to the O2 input pin of the ECU.

Other than the fact you have a B13 with an SR20DE, how can we build a map if we don't know what you're working with? You mentioned you changed the injector size. What brand and size injectors are you using? Are you using the standard 2.5bar or 4bar map sensor? What IAT sensor did you install?

Please post your MSQ as well as a datalog of cranking to help determine what the possible problems are.

Let me clue you in on how all this works in the MS world. We strongly believe in data logs and posting your MSQ. A few years ago we came up with this standard saying.

:msq:

It won't start is like telling the doctor "Doc it hurts" He needs to know "What hurts, when does it hurt, how bad does it hurt..." That is why we want data logs. And the tune.

Many of us can look at a data log and in 30 sec rule out 1/2 of the potential issues. Examples, If we see the voltage drop to say 9 volts but we see 0 RPM, we know the motor will never start. We have wheel decoder issues.

If we see a solid 300 RPM and we see a reasonable pulse width, we are most likely looking for timing issues or a no fuel pressure issue.

Not to be a jerk but we need logs and MSQ to help.

The stock base tune works just fine if everything is working correctly. We can't help you without real info and data.

-There is no start up map for the FWD SR20DET, just the SR20DE and GA16DE. I'm assuming you're using the GA16 map, is that correct?

-You say it's a stock FWD SR20DET with the stock 370cc injectors but the only turbo FWD SR I know of uses low impedance 440cc top feed injectors. Do you have an RNN14 GTi-R SR20DET?

-Are you using the stock trigger wheel or the DIYAutotune 12-1 wheel?

Try this. See what it does (this is NOT a base map). If it doesn't start, hook up your wideband o2 sensor and take a datalog.

For reference, it's a modification of this map (since you wouldn't upload the one you used):

MS2 cannot handle the stock wheel properly so you're left to using "basic trigger" which uses the 4 cam teeth for basic operation. This leaves you with batch fire injection and distributed ignition only. It also has poor ignition resolution (4 pickups for 720deg of crank rotation). The MSQ I uploaded is for basic trigger with the stock wheel.

The DIY wheel will improve spark resolution (24 teeth for 720deg) and allow for sequential fueling.

Remove the distributor cap and gain access to the trigger disk. Measure the diameter.
