LS1 Reluctor back to front, Falling edge?

Hello,

My ls1 reluctor has been put on back to front, so the hall effect output is exactly inverse to what it should be, so I am getting timing drift and eventually loosing sync as I guess it would be reading a tooth out.

This leads my to my real question can I change from rising edge to falling edge ? Does the code work this way ? I would really prefer I didn't have to pull the motor and crank out.
