Stock block 78 302 EFI, bored .40 over, studded and metal gasket. Rebuilt 0kms.
On3 turbo kit 70mm, 42lb inj, air/air intercooler, msd ignition system, dual electric fans, 3.73 gear, built aod, megasquirt pnp II.
The car made 383/381 last year on a 200,000mile engine with tons of blow by and a blown gasket 14psi.
The car is a street car and will see maybe one 1/4 mile pass a year. My current question is if anyone has a similar settup ; stock block, on3 turbo and can share their megasquirt pnp II tune file. Or can help me adjust my tune . The ems is on its way and will be here wednesday . Im hoping someone else has a similar settup and is willing to share their tune and i can go in and adjust it to suit mine perfectly. Thanks guys

Megasquirt PNP II comes with a tune. It may already be configured for your 42 lb injectors. If it is, you're good to go. Using someone else's tune is a recipe for disaster, unless you want to blow another engine.

Alright , i appreciate the info. Reading up it just seems like theres going to be a whole lot of test and tune. I just dont feel confidant to tune it myself. Theres also no real reputable shop in my area.

It also shouldnt be to hard to find someone with a stock motor and a on3 70mm kit. Thats kinda what im looking for.

From reading your initial post sounds to me that you already had the MSPNP tuned and dyno'd the car, but the motor had issues.
If this is the case I would upload your tune (.msq file) so people can see what has been done and give out opinions and pointers on your tune. Also, if you already had it tune I would use the same tune and start with low timing (10-11 degrees) on upper rpms and boost areas.

Then a Megasquirt was a poor choice for you. Pro-M might have been better for you.SlowFiveOh wrote:...Reading up it just seems like theres going to be a whole lot of test and tune. I just dont feel confidant to tune it myself...
Tuning MS isn't all that difficult, just need patience & practice with Tuner Studio.

I have a similar setup. Post your MSQ and let us run through it. we can make sure you have a decent starting point at least. your VE table will ultimately need adjusting and your timing table will also need attention if you intend to make as much power as possible. Anything we give you will be conservative.
