Rev Limiter

I seem to have a rev limit set at 5000 even though the dialog box labeled "Rev Limiter" has the Hard Rev Limit set to 6000.

Is there another location where the rev limit can be set?

Don't forget the data log too. That will let us see if there's a sensor related issue like a loss of RPM sync.
