Help Tuning Staged Injection

Hello,

today i drive my car. I have a big problem with staged injection.
I have a TPI were the first blades open first to 50% TPS then the rear begin also to open. At 100% TPS both, the front and the rear are open.
As other say i have change my setup so the staged table begin to work at 65% TPS.
Up to 65% TPS it looks and drive good, but at this point the rear cum in it turn to lean and i don't understand that.
Please have a look at the LOG. At 1045.537s the TPS is 62.6% and only the front inj. work with 6.86ms. The AFR is a little bit rich at 11.7.
Than at 1045.644s the TPS is 65.3%... that mean Staged is 60% on. As you see the font injectors have got 5.14ms and the rear have got 2.82ms....
But my AFR goes to lean to approx 13,5....

What goes wrong. What do i wrong?

Haven't you modified the code to make the table work with TPS instead of MAP, as is normal for SD tuning?

Hello,

okay i have update the code to the original Software and go for a drive.
I have activate staging with TPS grater than 60%.
But as you can see in the Logfile as staging come on it goes reale lean.
For example you can see 449.149s or 367.351s.

I hope some one can help me and give me a hint i can solve this problem.
So i can not drive the car with Throttle above 50%... But this is the point were fun begin.

I think I would be trying to hold it a bit longer than 1 sec in staged to get a better idea of what the afr is going to do. If it goes lean but then corrects back then you should be able to cover using the 3 staging settings. I see you haven't tried the staging secondary enrichment yet. If it goes lean and stays lean then maybe the VE just needs to be increased.

how big are your secondary injectors?
change the size in the injector size field so it fits better

Primary are 656 secondary are also 656cc
