Can someone explain what is going on here, going way lean, what is telling it to do so? thank you.

Is it because you are in decell and your VE is about 1/2 to 2/3 what it is at normal idle?

No "vacuum advance" for the spark, maybe causing misfires that appear as lean.

I added fuel to the ve table, will try it out tomorrow. This is all very new to me. I added 4 degrees timing and i cleaned up high rpm a little. Every thing I read says there is no way i should be maxed out on a 63lbs injector but can i really pull that much fuel high rpm?

I see a duty-cycle approaching 100%, but not while it is lean. The lean only shows during decel. How about pointing to specific times in that most recent log, so I can be sure what you are questioning? Are these 63# injectors, or 60# as shown in the MSQ?
