Solid Burnout then Pop

My dad cannot quite get the tune on his car and is bad with computers so I'm looking for some pointers (I know, I know how that sounds on the technical MS forum). in the latest run at the strip, the car does a good burnout and then popped at the line vs. launching. Behavior before that was a good burnout, then solid launch (1.2 sec. 60'), only to top out revving at 200-300 feet. We suspect something with fuel as AFR goes sky high after the burnout but of course he has no sensor to check the actual pressure to play it back.

The car is BBC, 468, with a blower and MS3 box on it. Running latest firmware and software to my knowledge.

My question is simple, are there any glaring oversights in his current configuration. We suspect the Fuel Pump and Pressure control should be changed from On/Off to closed loop, but are curious about other things.
