Project has deka 2300cc injectors, manual say opentime 1,6ms and clocetime 1,4ms so if i understand them dead-time is 0,2ms ? Correct ?

I am not sure you can make that assumption, I imagine that just means that they close quicker than they open.

Only real way to know is to flow test them, or find the data from somebody that has.

If unsure then physically flow them and confirm.

"And if dead-time cannot calculate them why ms3pro manual write this ?"

I'm not understanding that. What is the "this"?

Unless the manufacturer's data is taken with your injector-drivers and your fuel-pressure regulating system and your fuel type, the data is going to be only approximate.

You need the Calibration Curves from Siemens-Deka or the equivalent Ford ones.

This might be what you are referring to:
https://www.ampefi.com/wp-content/uploa ... 051517.pdf
Any ECUs made before that date should be returned for a warranty update.

No calibration data for FI114212 212 lb/hr
Only can find specification sheet.
All with suffix -cs are Calibration Summaries.

I too think the Siemens Deka injector dead time is a bit unclear. I'm using the Siemens Deka FI114992 875cc injectors. My dead time is programmed as 0.9ms @ 13 Volts (100%) in the MS3X table, and the engine works well.
Looking at the voltage offset curve for your 2300 cc injectors, the curve looks very similar to my 875 cc injectors.
If you have no better data, try the 0.9ms @ 13 volts.
Hakkaa päälle! :D
