VVT settings for a stock 02 miataf and an MS3

Ive been searching around a bit and Ive not really found this. Is there somewhere that has published a stock cam advance table and the settings such as the hz for the ocv and the min max advance values . I also have no idea whether there is a hold neutral duty cycle for this vvt system either nor do I know where to find it . Can somebody help a newby to vvt find his way?

I ventured off on my own and did a little experimentation. I set the frequency at 511mhz and immediately got a no start and configuration error because the frequency of the idle valve and the ocv solenoid were different. Really? What is that about? as soon as I matched the frequency between the 2 , the car started again and all was well.
